The music on the debut Concentric Circus album could be described as indie rock or alternative rock but the band don't really know what to call it. It's just Ampersand and Sand by Concentric Circus.

The nine songs contained within contain styles that are vaguely-folkish, klezmer-inspired, modularly-constructed, distorted-noise and torch-song-esque balladry.

Recorded over a long period of time and featuring some amazing touching moments, its worth sticking through its rough edges to get to the end.
